How do I pay?

Payment runs through your Hightail customer portal. You can add your card, view receipts, and see scheduled visits in one place. Your card needs to be connected before we arrive for your first cleanup so we can complete service.

You’ll pay through your Hightail customer portal.

After you sign up, we’ll set up your portal account and email you your login details. It takes about two minutes to get everything connected. Inside the portal, you can:

  • add your debit/credit card securely

  • view receipts and paid invoices

  • see your past cleanups and what’s coming up

Once your card is added, we’ll automatically process invoices and send you a receipt each time.

Quick heads up: Your card needs to be connected before we arrive for your first cleanup.

If it isn’t, we’ll try to reach you (and may knock). If we can’t get in touch, we’ll reschedule your cleanup for the next available date. Depending on the season, that could be a few weeks out.
