What happens if you can’t access my yard?

If we can’t access your yard (locked gate, no code, blocked entry), the visit is still charged. We’ll knock and try calling first, and you’ll get an update through your customer portal. We’ll pull double duty next visit.

If we can’t access your yard because the gate is locked, you will still be charged for that visit.

We’ll also catch up the following week and do extra work to remove the waste that built up.

Before we skip your yard, we’ll knock at your door and try calling you. We’ll also send a note through your customer portal.
