Why do I need to add a card before service?

We require a card on file before the first cleanup so billing and service updates run smoothly through your customer portal. Your card must be connected before we arrive. If it isn’t, we’ll contact you and may need to reschedule.

Your customer portal handles everything in one place, including:

  • billing and receipts

  • service history and upcoming visits

  • on-the-way texts and service updates

Your card needs to be linked by the time we arrive. If it isn’t, we’ll try to reach you and may knock. If we can’t make contact, we’ll reschedule your cleanup for the next available date.
