How do I cancel?

No contracts. Cancel anytime with 48 hours’ notice. You can cancel through your customer portal or by contacting us. If you cancel mid-month, you’ll be refunded for services that have not occurred, to the payment method on file.

We don’t have contracts. You can cancel service at any time for any reason with 48 hours’ notice.

To cancel, you can call us or update your subscription through your customer portal.

If you pause service for part of the year, you may be subject to initial cleanup fees when you return to your monthly subscription.

If you cancel halfway through the month, you will be refunded for services that have occurred. Refunds are processed to the payment method on file in your customer portal.
