We’re not able to give a specific arrival window for your scoop day. We schedule by service day (like trash pickup), and that helps keep our rates lower.
Our routes are optimized daily, and typically begin around 7:30 a.m.
Communication matters, so you’ll always get a text when we’re on the way:
we usually send it about 60 minutes before we arrive
if you’re near the beginning of the route, it may be closer to 15–30 minutes (we try not to text too early in the morning)
Your scoop day will be the same day each week. If your service day ever needs to change, we’ll let you know ahead of time.
